Customer Support Specialist – Contract
📍 Location: Chandler, AZ (100% Onsite)
⏰ Schedule: 1st Shift | 8 AM – 5 PM
💼 Contract Duration: Through May 15, 2026
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving. You will manage customer orders, resolve delivery issues, coordinate with multiple internal teams, and ensure excellent service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process customer purchase orders using ERP/Cardex systems
- Monitor open orders, prioritize critical shipments, and resolve issues with stakeholders
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle customer claims, RMAs, and corrective actions in collaboration with Accounting and QA
- Track part usage/demand and maintain pipeline health with customers and sales teams
- Create and monitor performance metrics to strengthen customer relationships
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Support or Program Management
- Experience with SAP and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, green card, refugee, or asylee)
- Background check required
Preferred:
- Aerospace hardware or aerospace industry experience
- Knowledge of AS9100 standards
- Excellent communication skills
